These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Leaner iPhone app ("Leaner", "the app"). By downloading or using Leaner, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Not medical advice. Leaner is a fitness-tracking tool for general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Body-fat readings from consumer scales and calipers are estimates and can be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, or exercise.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Leaner on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not process payments or store payment details.
From time to time we may run promotions - including, at launch, granting Leaner+ Lifetime free to early adopters for a limited window. Promotional grants are provided as described in the app, are tied to the device/installation, are not redeemable for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn for future users at any time.
Leaner uses Apple HealthKit to read and write Body Fat % with your permission. You are responsible for the accuracy of readings you add and for managing access in the Health app. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Use Leaner only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt the app, circumvent purchase mechanisms, or use it in any way that could harm yourself or others.
Leaner is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that projections, trends, or milestones are accurate or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the app at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaner and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health, dietary, or fitness decisions you make. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
